In the printing processing industry, we often cause unnecessary waste due to some small problems, and it is precise because of this that the printing cost is increased, which is what we call loss.
The loss of general printing factories is about 10%, and the loss of customers who do better is about 5%.
The reasons for the loss of sublimation heat transfer paper are rough as follows:
1. There are stains
2. Color difference
3. There are wrinkles

So how to solve it?
1. dirty
Cause: The cloth is soiled due to the staff's inattentiveness, falling on the ground, not padding when handling the cloth, and placing it directly on the ground.
Solution: Be careful, don't put or throw it around, put a good pad, and clean it more.
2. Color difference
Cause: There is a color difference in the printed pattern due to color matching, machine, nozzle, fabric, and other reasons. Even the colors printed by different devices of the same fabric are different, or the colors of different fabrics printed by the same device are also different.
Solution: re-color, color in a time when changing equipment or fabrics, to avoid printing a lot of products with the color difference due to replacement.
3. There are wrinkles
Cause (cotton): Wrinkles formed after rolling because the fabric was not straightened during sizing (pre-treatment).
Solution: Do more cloth, so that the cloth can walk smoothly.
The reason (polyester): the heat transfer paper is wrinkled when the paper is printed; the heat transfer paper is wrinkled after the paper is printed; the fabric is wrinkled during the heat transfer.
Solution: try not to use crumpled thermal transfer paper; roll up the finished paper to prevent wrinkling; pull evenly when thermal transfer (iron cloth), and pull it in place.
4. the location is not printed
Reasons: The position is not correct due to improper communication; the proofing master did not print according to the pattern; the proofing master did not correct the position.
Solution: The documentary and the proofing master should communicate in time, the communication should be well understood, and recorded in the form of words as much as possible; be optimistic about the pattern, and follow the pattern; strictly demand yourself, put the position right, and put it right.
5. The fabric has entered the water
Reasons for appearance: The pulled fabric is placed in a dry place; the finished goods are packaged.
Solution: The cloth pulled by the customer should be placed in a dry and non-drip place; the finished goods should be packed in a transparent plastic bag in time and placed in a dry place to avoid direct sunlight to prevent discoloration from water and direct sunlight.
