We print some patterns and patterns, and we can paste a layer of patterned film on sticky sublimation paper. When we need to use it, we print the transfer sticky sublimation paper on the surface of the object, so the quality of the pattern on the sticky sublimation paper plays a very important functional position in pattern printing. Especially in the subsequent printing process, the pattern must be vivid and vivid, which can give people a very realistic feeling. Then there are very high requirements for the quality of the transferred sticky sublimation paper. These requirements are:
1. The quality of the paper should be good, not easy to tear, and the surface should not be powdered. And because the ink used for printing is uniformly distributed by various pigments in various greases, when the sticky sublimation paper is separated after printing, the ink still has a certain connection with the paper. The faster you tear it, the easier it is to break. , So this makes us have high requirements for the choice of paper. Therefore, we choose softwood pulp, and preferably chemical pulp and mechanical pulp each account for half. Because this can make the paper have good strength, can make it not easy to become brittle and yellow in a high-temperature environment.
2. The transfer of sticky sublimation paper should also be smooth and not bumpy. Because of the sticky sublimation paper is not round enough, the pigment distribution will not be uniform during transfer, and then when you use it, you will find that the print will be very fuzzy.
3. As an intermediary, sticky sublimation paper only plays an excessive role, so it cannot stick to the dye too easily, so as not to cause the pattern to be broken during rubbing. Because the paper has a poor absorption of ink, the pattern can be transferred easily without adversely affecting the pattern.
4. The fourth and final point is to require sticky sublimation paper to have a certain moisture absorption capacity. Because the addition of poor moisture absorption capacity will cause dyes to color, but if the moisture absorption capacity is too good, it will cause the transfer paper to be deformed, so we must strictly control the production of transfer paper.
